Description
In the ancient shamanic legends of the Labrador tribes in North America, the Northern Lights were the “stardust cloaks” of ancestral spirits. A priestess who guarded her tribe once sealed a rampaging dark entity by infusing her spiritual power with fragments of the Aurora into a black stone. When her tears fell on the stone, it bloomed with blue-green iridescence—this was the origin of labradorite.
The macramé knots of this necklace are the “Witch-Knots” the priestess wove with her hair and spirit cords: 3 incantations are hidden in the knots—the black cord traps evil, and the stone’s tear draws light. Wearers may see faint aurora glows in darkness: a sign that the priestess still watches over them.
