Description
In ancient Egyptian sun god worship, sunstone was a shard of Ra’s left eye.
A priestess who served Ra once fused her life force with a sunstone to form a star-shaped pendant, weaving it into a necklace with linen spirit cords, to mend the “daytime barrier” torn by dark evil gods: 6 sun disc incantations are hidden in the knots, and sunflower totems are inlaid in the star ornaments.
It’s said that those who wear this necklace can see golden light flowing in the pendant under midday sun—this is the priestess’s remaining spiritual power. It glows warmly like a candle in the dark to repel evil, for the pact between the priestess and Ra reads: “With the star as a guide, forever protect the followers of the day.”
